Of course, every new book ‘deserves’ a new character and we are delighted to announce that there is a wonderful new truck joining the Vroom-Town cast of the new book! Say hello to Essie, a Scania BEV (battery electric vehicle)!

Essie is smart, strong, fun and is also passionate about keeping our planet green! She brings a spark of energy(literally) and even more fun to the Vroom-Town series.

I called her Essie because SE is the country acronym and domain extension of Sweden and as Scania originates from Sweden, Essie (SE) seemed like a clever way to incorporate the connection!
